Warranty you can call about

Every Genkraft unit carries a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, plus an additional four-year compressor warranty on refrigeration.

+4 Years Compressor Warranty Additional coverage on refrigeration compressors.

What is covered

  • Defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service
  • Parts and labor for one year from the date of original installation
  • Refrigeration compressors for an additional four years
  • Units installed and operated within the United States, for the original purchaser

What is not covered

  • Damage from improper installation, misuse or neglect
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Consumable parts such as gaskets and light bulbs
  • Units operated outside the United States

How to make a claim

  1. Have your model number and serial number ready (both are on the unit's data plate).
  2. Gather your proof of purchase.
  3. Contact our team or call (562) 464-9901, Mon to Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  4. If on-site service is needed, we will direct you to your nearest authorized service agent.
